Terms of use
Last updated 13 August 2026. These terms apply to socket-flowcore.digital and to programmes offered by Socket Flowcore.
Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or reserving a seat on a Crash Impact Analytics programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request enrolment. If you reserve seats for colleagues, you confirm you are authorised to bind that office to the same terms for those seats.
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Material changes to paid programmes will be notified to enrolled students by email.
Who we are
Socket Flowcore is the reconstruction teaching desk operating from Street: 104/21 TORKNOKKHET; City: Nonsee Rd; State/province/area: CHONGNONSEE; Zip code: 10120; Country: Thailand. Contact: info@socket-flowcore.digital and 02 294-334426.
The site and the programmes
This website is informational. Pricing pages do not constitute an offer capable of immediate acceptance and do not process payment. A contract for a studio seat is formed only when we confirm a reservation in writing after your enquiry. Course descriptions, dates, and instructor assignments may change if a studio cannot run as planned; we will offer a later seat or a refund according to the Refund page.
Completion of any programme is evidence of study. It is not a professional licence, expert-witness appointment, or certification under Thai procedural rules.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise marked, the text, layout, chamber notes, sample files, and teaching archive excerpts on this site and in the studios are owned by Socket Flowcore or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, or resell them. Enrolled students receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use printed and digital chamber notes for their own professional practice. Sharing dataset locker contents outside the named office is prohibited.
Student work created during a studio remains the student’s, except that we may keep anonymised excerpts for teaching. You grant us that limited licence when you join a live cohort.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit false enrolment details). You must not present Socket Flowcore materials as your own publication, or imply that we endorse a specific reconstruction conclusion in a live case unless we have given written expert instructions separately from teaching.
Liability
Crash Impact Analytics teaching concerns methods, not the outcome of any particular collision file. We are not liable for decisions you take on live cases, including reports, hearings, or settlements. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from the site or a programme is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant seat in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is forbidden.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from the site or from a Socket Flowcore programme are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
