Refunds

Last updated 13 August 2026. This page applies to paid Socket Flowcore programmes. This website does not itself take payment.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for confirmed studio seats and Trace Desk access purchased directly from Socket Flowcore. Employer purchase orders are refunded to the paying office, not to the individual attendee, unless the invoice named a different beneficiary. Complimentary seats and visiting-lecture tickets are not refundable.

Timeframe

Write to us no later than 14 calendar days after the invoice date, and in any case before the live studio’s second taught session (or before you download more than one Trace Desk primer module). Requests after that window are considered only for the partial-refund cases below or where Thai consumer law requires it.

Full refund

A full refund of tuition paid is available if: you cancel within the timeframe above; we cancel or materially relocate the studio and you decline the replacement date; or we cannot provide the named instructor cover described in your confirmation and you do not accept the substitute. Processing fees charged by your bank are outside our control.

Partial refund

If you withdraw after the second live session but before the midpoint of the flagship or elective, we may refund 40% of tuition minus the cost of any printed chamber notes already shipped. Chamber Archive unused months are not pro-rated after the third month. Vector Atelier is treated as one seat: dropping only the elective after the flagship has started does not create a separate elective refund.

Non-refundable items

Shipped printed notes once dispatched; private file-clinic hours already used; dataset locker setup fees on Chamber Archive; travel, hotels, and visas; and any third-party examination fees you arranged yourself. Digital access already consumed beyond one Trace Desk module is non-refundable except where we were at fault.

Refund process

Email info@socket-flowcore.digital with the subject “Refund”, your invoice number, seat name, and reason. We acknowledge within two working days and may ask for proof of payment. Once approved, we issue the refund by the original payment method where possible (bank transfer for Thai purchase orders, the card or transfer used for individual invoices).

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are instructed within 10 working days. Bank arrival can take a further 5–15 working days depending on your institution. We do not refund in cash at the Chong Nonsi desk. Currency is THB unless the invoice was issued in another currency, in which case we refund in that currency.

Cancellation by Socket Flowcore

If a cohort cannot run, we offer a later seat or a full tuition refund. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel. If only one elective inside Vector Atelier is postponed, you may wait, switch elective, or take a partial refund limited to a published elective share of ฿4,200.

Exceptions

We may refuse a refund where materials were shared in breach of the Terms, where attendance records show the seat was used as a pass-through for an unnamed colleague, or where a chargeback is already open. Documented serious illness or bereavement after the ordinary window is considered in good faith, usually as credit toward a later studio rather than cash.
