What we collect and why

Enquiry forms collect your name, email, optional topic, and message so we can reply about Crash Impact Analytics studios, invoices, or refunds. If you enrol, we additionally keep seating records, attendance, assessment comments, and billing details needed to run the contract. If you visit the site, we may collect technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and, if you accept analytics cookies, for understanding which pages are useful. Cookie detail is on the Cookies page.

We do not buy marketing lists. We do not use your collision files for advertising. Files you send for office hours are used only to teach you or, if you agree in writing, as anonymised teaching archive material.

Legal bases

We process enquiry and enrolment data to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform that contract. We process security logs and essential cookies as a legitimate interest in keeping the desk and site usable. Analytics cookies run only with consent. Where Thai personal data protection law requires consent for a specific use, we will ask for it separately.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for 18 months, then deleted or anonymised. Enrolment and invoice records are kept for 7 years to meet accounting and tax practice in Thailand. Assessment comments are kept for 3 years after the studio ends so alumni can request a copy. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained in aggregate for 14 months. Security logs are typically rotated within 90 days unless needed for an incident.

Your rights

Subject to Thai law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where we no longer need it, restriction of processing, and a portable copy of data you provided. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw cookie consent without affecting studio access. To exercise these rights, email info@socket-flowcore.digital with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.

International transfers

Our desk is in Thailand. Some email, hosting, or font providers may process data on servers outside Thailand. When that happens we use providers who offer appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy finding where available) and we limit the data to what the service requires. Collision files sent for critique are stored under our control in Thailand unless you ask us to use a shared workspace in another country.

Sharing

We share data with instructors and administrators who need it to run a studio, with accountants and banks for payment, and with authorities if required by law. We do not sell personal data. Municipal purchase orders may require us to share attendance confirmation with your office contact.

Children

Programmes are aimed at working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
