Crash Impact Analytics is a reading practice, not a software skin.

Most collisions arrive as fragments: a half-populated EDR, a barrier scuff that does not match the police sketch, a dummy channel that rang because the mount slipped. Our programmes treat those fragments as the work, not as defects to hide. Students leave able to say what the record supports, what it merely suggests, and what must stay unsaid.

The desk sits in CHONGNONSEE and draws on eleven years of Thai expressway and arterial files. We do not pretend European dummy suites or North American vehicle fleets will translate without adjustment. That local stubbornness is the point of the school.
